He became the regular artist on THE NEW TEEN TITANS after George Perez and José Luis García-López . He also work on ATARI FORCE, LEX LOUTHER: AN UNAUTHORIZED BIOGRAPHY, and SUPERMAN: SPEEDIN BULLETS among others. Barreto took over drawing JUDGE PARKER comic strip in 2006.
Barreto had a son Diego who is also a cartoonist and a daughter Andrea who is a colorist. Our condolences go them and the rest of the family, his friends, and fans.
