According to
Deadline, Patty Jenkins has left THOR 2 due to creative differences. She was
announced as director back in October after Kenneth Branagh said he wouldn't do the sequel. The report says she will still probably helm a superhero film, but not a sequel. THOR 2 is scheduled to be released November 15, 2013.
