Hey gang,
You may be wondering why you haven't seen any podcasts posted. We said that they would start up in March and here we are at the halfway point in April...no shows. After some thinking and discussions with Les and Mike, we've decided to restart the web broadcasts. Here's our reasoning...
1. Since we are a fledgling site, we need to do something that makes us different. EVERYBODY and their uncle has a podcast, some even do videos. How many do live broadcasts? None to my knowledge. If you know of any, please let us know. We would be curious to see how they do their show.
2. One of the things Les and I enjoyed about doing the live broadcasts was the instant feedback. We loved interacting with our audience in the chatroom. You can't do that with a podcast. You just post the show and wait (and hope) to get responses.
So with that said, the live broadcasts are coming back. Our first show will be Tuesday, May 1 at 8pm Central Daylight Time. I'll post reminders on our social media pages before the broadcast so you can join us. Right now the plan is to do the show every two weeks and maybe go weekly again down the road. So please join us for our broadcast in two weeks from this Tuesday. And you if you can't make it, I'll be posting the shows on our episodes page.
