Whether this is a new series, or rebranding of the current series (something else Marvel is good at), it appears that maybe Frank Castle's focus is away from criminals and on to the super heroes (who can be regarded as vigilantes...but wouldn't that mean he has to kill himself too?). Unless that's a red herring as well...
