PUNISHER Short Film Starring Thomas Jane Unveiled At San Diego Comic Con

At last weekend's San Diego Comic Con, Thomas Jane showed a PUNISHER short film he made titled DIRTY LAUNDRY! The film, which also includes Ron Perlman in the cast, is not safe for work, but is worth checking out. He had this to say about the film (courtesy of Geek Tyrant):

"I wanted to make a fan film for a character I've always loved and believed in - a love letter to Frank Castle & his fans. It was an incredible experience with everyone on the project throwing in their time just for the fun of it. It's been a blast to be a part of from start to finish -- we hope the friends of Frank enjoy watching it as much as we did making it."

 

So, is Jane campaigning to Marvel Studios (who have regained the rights) to star in a new PUNISHER? Possible. I may be one of the few who enjoyed his version of Frank Castle.
