“Captain America comes out of Avengers vs. X-Men recognizing that he didn’t do enough to help the mutants. He’s going to fix that," said series writer Rick Remender.
And apparently this Avenger team will be led by Alex Summers - Havok.

Remender describes new Avenger member Rogue as “the Wolverine of the team now. Her adoptive step-mother was Mystique, so she was raised to hate the Avengers.”
And we have Scarlet Witch, who depowered a huge number of mutants a couple of years back and was responsible for the disassembling the Avengers as well. Fun times.
