It’s been an exciting year for Kaijudo, and there’s even more action on the way in 2013! Wizards of the Coast is thrilled to share a look at what’s ahead for the brand – including upcoming product releases and a sneak peek at the next set block!
Dragon Master Collection Kit (February 19)
A dragon invasion is imminent with the release of this deluxe kit for dueling! Celebrating the dragons of the five civilizations, this kit contains a collection box that holds up to 120 sleeved Kaijudo cards, three copies each of two new super rare foil dragon cards and a unique dragon-themed carrying case. It’s sure to super-charge any duel!
Dragonstrike Infernus (March 15)
Get ready for even more dragons! On March 15, this 60-card booster set is themed entirely around the powerful creatures and will allow players to further build and customize their decks, which they can store in their new Dragon Master Collection Kit!
New Set Block (2013)
Later next year, the next set block will roll out, coinciding with season two of the Kaijudo TV show. Code named the “Meals” Block, “Breakfast” will be the first set, followed by “Supper” (set two) and “Dessert” (set three). Some exciting and powerful new cards can be expected with this block! But we aren’t done with 2012 yet! For fans that are ready to start dueling but haven’t gotten in on the action yet, the new 2-Player Battle Box hits stores today! Containing Rise of the Duel Masters decks (2), booster packs (4) and a Quick Start Guide for just $9.99, it’s everything two players need to start playing Kaijudo!
