Dark Horse announced today that they will produce special pencil variant covers of Star Wars #1–#4 (by Alex Ross), which will be consecutively tied to issues #4–#7.
Comic Book Resources has the exclusive look to the other variant covers. Retailers will be able to learn how to order them from Diamond Distributor's PREVIEW catalog.
STAR WARS #1 is written by Brian Wood (DMZ, Conan the Barbarian, The Massive) with art from Carlos D’Anda (Batman: Arkham City) and features the characters from the classic trilogy. The story takes place shortly after the events of A NEW HOPE. You can read our of the issue
