The Fellowship of the Geeks to Join Forces with Comic Book For Kids

The Fellowship of the Geeks is pleased to announce they are joining forces with Comic Books for Kids, a charity that provides child-friendly comic books to children in hospitals and cancer centers across the United States.

“We are big believers in children reading, especially comics,” said Fellowship founder Thomas Chick. “We have been discussing options of giving back to the community for a while. When we found out about Comic Books for Kids, we thought this would be perfect.”

The Fellowship will be making an appearance at Red Pegasus Comics, located at 319 N Bishop Ave in Dallas, on Saturday, October 26th (from noon to 4pm) collecting new and recent all-ages comics. If you would like to make a donation of comics, please read the FAQ on Comic Books for Kids’ website. If you prefer to make a financial donation to the charity for shipping cost of comics across the U.S., The Fellowship advises you to go to the Donate page of the charity’s website. The books that are collected will go to Children’s Medical Center in Dallas.
