Ms. Vale seems to me to be out of left field, but Talia makes sense. Remember Randy from Scream 3 and his rule about trilogies? "The past will come back to bite you in the ***. Whatever you think you know about the past, forget it. The past is not at rest! Any sins you think were committed in the past are about to break out and destroy you." Talia's name keeps coming up most of the time so this is not much of a stretch here.
The site has other rumors regarding a new suit, a new batmobile (well, the last one was destroyed) and a new batcave (from what I understand is to be under a new Wayne Manor). This is all rumors until we hear from Chris Nolan.
