More classics are being remade including the buddy cop classic Lethal Weapon.
Deadline is reporting that Will Beall, the writer of the upcoming
Tales From The Gangster Squad, has been hired to the job. The Wild Bunch,
Oh, God, Westworld, The Dirty Dozen and Tarzan are also slated for reboots by Warners. Also in remaking news, Will Smith plans to remake the musical Annie starring his daughter Willow according to
Variety. God help us.
March 9, 2012 will be Sci-Fi intense. Pixar's John Carter of Mars has been moved to this date, opposite of the formerly Alien prequel-now not Prometheus by Ridley Scott. Tim Burton's Frankenweenie, originally scheduled for that weekend has been moved to October 5, 2012.
