Fillion is Green Lantern; Harker: The Vampire Hunter; Jams Franco thinks Three's Company?; No Ra's in Dark Knight Rises; Spidey fam-made poster

Well, I kinda got my wish. Nathan Fillion has been cast as Hal Jordan in the animated movie Green Lantner: Emerald Knights. Also included in the cast is Henry Rollins (Sons of Anarchy, The Henry Rollins Show) as Kilowog, Jason Isaacs (the Harry Potter films) as Sinestro, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper (They Live) as Bolphunga, Arnlod Vosloo (The Mummy) as Abin Sur, and Kelly Hu (The Vampire Diaries) as Laira. The movie will be released on Blu-ray, DVD, On Demand and for Download on June 7.

UGH. Apparently Warner Brothers is close to acquiring a spec script called Harker. Written by Lee Shipman and Brian McGreevy, the project is a retelling of Bram Stoker's Dracula, with protagonist Jonathan Harker turned into a Scotland Yard detective hunting down the vampire. The movie is being seen as the potential starter for a franchise.WHY????

Again from the OMG, WHY? department, Tvguide.com is reporting that James Franco (Spider-man,127 days) may be behind a big screen version of the 70's-80's sitcom classic Three's Company. He also hinted at an off-broadway play as well.

Liam Neeson will not be in The Dark Knight Rises. The actor, who played Ra's al Ghul in Batman Begins says he will be busing reprising his role as Zeus in the sequel to Clash of the Titans (which is filming at the same time). However, he might be interested in doing the role at another time. We'll see...

Comic Book Movie.com is showing off this fan made poster for the upcoming Spider-man reboot movie. Looks good in my opinion. I still like the suit outside of the blue on the gloves. Can't see the boots so I don't know if the silver slippers are still there, but overall, I like the look. Hyzak created this poster and you can see more of his work here.
