Joe Quesada said that Marvel has regained the film rights to Blade and the Punisher. Woo Hoo?
The next wave of "Point One" issues will start in November.
A.K.A Jessica Jones and Hulk are in development @ ABC. The Series will also have Luke Cage and Carol Danvers. Hulk will focus on the early years.
ABC Family channel will have a couple of shows as well. Cloak & Dagger - set in post-Katrina New Orleans. Mockingbird "Alias meets Fecility." Bobbi Morse is a freshman at a Silicon Valley university, and a spy-in-training.
On the Animation side - Spectacular Spider-Man and Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes will return. There will be a new cartoon: Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.
It is indeed Cable that is retuning from the dead. As I reported before, Marvel was to announce a character "Reborn" in December.

Look for a Larfleeze mini-series next year.
Stargate's Christopher Judge has been cast in The Dark Knight Rises. The prevailing theory is that he is playing Ubu, Ra's al Ghul's (and Talia's?) bodyguard.
MISC NOTES
Howard Chaykin will do a sequel to Black Kiss.
Matt Wagner and Paul Pope are developing projects for the new Legendary Comics line. Pope will release an art book called PULPHOPE featuring over 200 pages of his art. Wagner is co-developing a "supernatural action adventure" called The Tower Chronicles, which deals a high-tech bounty hunter battling things that go "bump" in the night.
Harrison Ford has announced that he has signed on to play Wyatt Earp in a film adaptation of Max Allen Collins' Black Hats: A Novel of Wyatt Earp."
Marc Silvestri teased that "The Darkness" is being developed as a live-action film.
