The very best story collections from one of the world’s
biggest comic book characters are now available to buy on the iPad and iPhone.
Twenty stand-alone Judge Dredd graphic novels have been
added to the 2000 AD Apple Newsstand app - some of which have been unavailable outside
of the UK until now.
Along with the 21 editions of the Judge Dredd Complete
Case Files series, the new section almost doubles the number of graphic novels available
digitally direct through the app.
They include all-time classics such as the breathtakingly
moving America, in which Dredd co-creator John Wagner looks at Mega-City One
through the eyes of pro-democracy terrorists, and the popular Judge Dredd vs Aliens: Incubus story where Dredd combats
the famous movie creatures.
Also included are the two volumes of last year’s
critically-acclaimed epic Judge Dredd: Day of Chaos and the Judge Dredd:
Trifecta crossover collection, featuring writing from Simon Spurrier, Rob
Williams, and Al Ewing.
